Event Safety Alliance to Receive 2017 Live Design Achievement Award

Event Safety Alliance (ESA) has been named a recipient of a 2017 Live Design Achievement Award. The Live Design Achievement Award recognizes individuals and organizations for their exemplary contributions to production design and support. Event Safety Alliance is being recognized “for selfless work in keeping our industry safe” through their educational and outreach programs.

“We’re truly honored to receive this award,” stated ESA Founder and Chairman Jim Digby. “Live Design was among the first publications to advocate for Event Safety Alliance’s mission, and their support has been crucial to the ESA’s growth and success. We thank them for this recognition, and look forward to continued collaboration with Live Design in creating a safer live event industry.”

Other 2017 award winners include Es Devlin; Bradley King; Mimi Lien; Nicholas Pope; Paloma Young; Jonathan Deans; Tal Yarden; Sooner Routhier; Robert Long; and UVLD.

The 2017 Live Design Achievements Awards will be presented along with the Excellence In Live Design Awards and Products of the Year Awards at a reception in New York City on Monday, June 12, 2017.
