Teresa Yslas Beardsley is a veteran production and safety professional having served national and international entertainment communities for over a decade. Beardsley is the founder of Safety Compliance Services - a company dedicated to creating safe spaces with quantifiable results. Beardsley’s super power is in regulatory compliance and the application thereof to multiemployer and complex workplaces; which is why Beardsley is on a journey to earning a JD. As a change maker in entertainment culture, Beardsley is dedicated to spreading the gospel of safety. Since joining the Event Safety Alliance in 2021, Beardsley has been dedicated to outreach and providing a valuable member experience to the ESA’s constituents.
